Exercise! Exercise! Exercise!

Exercise or shall I say movement is so important for our bodies.  Today I started my day with a workout at the local YMCA, I was having serious exercise withdrawal symptoms, after not exercising for two weeks.  Movement is part of me and is one of the things that keeps me balanced in my health journey.  A little a day, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 45 minutes or any time you have is beneficial. Never think that you have to have a gym membership or have to be outside to move your body.

For example:
Do a few jumping jacks
Act like your jumping rope (you don't need a rope to pretend)
Some push ups (even if they're girl push ups) or you can do them off the wall or kitchen counter
A few squats before you actually sit on the couch or the toilet - LOL
Dance as you clean (This definitely makes cleaning more fun)
Exercise during the commercials as you watch TV

Any movement consistently done will benefit your body, just start! :)

Make it fun

  1. I am getting ready to participate in a new 60-day exercise challenge! I'm excited and hopeful because it gives me a start date and end date to check results. Enough days to help me make exercising a habit.
